Our PoliciesAdmins reserve the right to ban anyone they want for any reason and for any length of time.Admins also reserve the right to access your account at any time if you break the ToS or any of our policies.
-All gm's must give at least 1 warning before taking action against a player. If the player continues to break the rules 1 minute after they have been warned, a gm is allowed to take action.
-Gm's must provide a reason for jailing/banning someone as well as the length of time.
-A gm can bypass a warning and 1st offense if they give a reason to why they did it.
-These rules apply for GM's and Admin's too.
Disrespect towards staff or the server1st offense: 1 hour jail and mute
2nd offense: 1 day ban.
3rd offense: Permanent
Annoying a staff member1st offense: 1 hour jail and mute
2nd offense: permanent ban.
Spamming/begging1st offense: 10 minute mute.
2nd offense: 1 hour mute.
3rd offense: 1 day mute.
Spamming smegas1st offense: 10 minutes in jail.
2nd offense: 1 day ban.
Profanity in smegas1st offense: 10 minute jail.
2nd offense: 1 hour jail.
3rd offense: 1 day ban.
Bypassing/evading jail1st offense: 1 day ban.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
Advertising1st offense: 30 minute jail. Permanent ban if they advertise another server.
2nd offense: 1 day ban.
Harassment1st offense: Mute and jail for 1 hour.
2nd offense: 1 day ban
3rd offense: Permanent ban.
Hacking1st offense: Permanent ban with no warning. Also if a hacker is in a party, ban all party members too. Level 3 gm's must post a screen
shot of the hacker.
KSing1st offense: Separate both parties and watch one of the parties. If on party starts to KS the other party, jail the KSing party for 30 minutes.
2nd offense: 2 hours jail.
3rd offense: 1 day ban.
Not listening to GM's1st offense: jail for 30 minutes.
2nd offense: 1 day ban.
If the player is in an event, warp that person out. If they continue to come back ban them.
Impersonating a GM1st offense: 1 day ban and account wipe.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
Trading Max Stat Items1st offense: Take the max stat items away. 1 day ban for the user with the item and the person who gave them the item.
If they refuse to release the information about who gave them the item then ban and wipe the users account.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
Failing to report a major glitch within 12 hours of it being discovered (anything that gives a player an unfair advantage over everyone else):1st offense: 1 day ban (and maybe an account wipe).
2nd offense: Permanent ban.
